"The Reform Leadership council was formed on December 27, 1999 to address the concerns of issues-focused, reform-minded citizens nationwide. We believe that we must stand together in steadfast support of the Constitution, and of the principles and issues introduced by Ross Perot in his 1992 campaign for the presidency of the United States. We pledge to provide in-depth information about these core ideas through issues papers and public education. We will articulate a vision for the future which reflects the vision of Ross Perot and like-minded Americans. We also commit to maintaining the highest moral and ethical standards as we fulfill our mission of creating a better country for our children and grandchildren.
